Lianne M Epstein Registered Architect | Artist Lianne Epstein is a licensed architect and artist with over 25 years experience dedicated to pursuing the arts and design. A native of central Florida, she grew up immersed in the fine arts before expanding and shifting her focus to architecture. Earning her Masters of Architecture degree at Tulane University in New Orleans, she learned from the city's rich cultural and creative environment, fostering a love for the historic fabric while nurturing her passion for contemporary design. Lianne’s architectural experience includes national and international theme park design with Walt Disney World Design & Engineering and Nichoson Design in Orlando; single-family and multi-family design in Chicago; and adaptive-reuse, historic preservation, commercial, educational, religious, and hospitality design with Smith Dalia Architects and modal a.i. in Atlanta. In 2003, she founded LME Art + Design, an independent Atlanta design firm providing full service architectural and interior design. LME Art + Design also provides production art and design services - including storyboards, animatics, concept art, and theme design - for the film, broadcast television, entertainment, hospitality, and medical industries. Among her architectural clients are several media companies – LAB 601, Artifact, Studiocom, and White Dog Studios - in addition to award winning retail clients Adore Hair Studio and Highland Cigar Company. Her production art & design clients have included Turner Studios, TNT, Cartoon Network, Discovery Channel, i.d.e.a.s. at Disney-MGM Studios, EPCOT, and Orlando Science Center. Whether it is her architectural work or her production art work, Lianne consistently earns high praise and honors from her clients, their customers and the community. Lianne is married to Eric Deren, owner of Dzignlight Studios in Atlanta – a VFX and computer animation company providing digital media for film, broadcast, and entertainment venues, with a specialty in 3D stereoscopic content. It is a creative household. When they are not behind their computers, Lianne can often be found exploring Atlanta's exciting restaurant scene or creating her own organic, vegetarian culinary delights while Eric can often be found jumping out of "perfectly-good" airplanes, setting new world records in the sky.
