Lianne Epstein Deren is a licensed architect and artist in Atlanta, Georgia with over 25 years experience dedicated to pursuing the arts and design. A native of central Florida, she grew up immersed in fine art before expanding and shifting her focus to architecture. Earning her Masters of Architecture degree at Tulane University in New Orleans, she learned from the city's rich cultural and creative environment, fostering a love for the historic fabric while nurturing her passion for contemporary design. Lianne’s architectural experience includes national and international theme park design with Walt Disney World Design & Engineering and Nichoson Design in Orlando; single-family and multi-family residential design in Chicago; and adaptive-reuse, historic preservation, commercial, educational, religious, retail, restaurant, bar, and hospitality design with Smith Dalia Architects and modal a.i. in Atlanta. In 2003, she founded LME Art + Design, an independent Atlanta design firm providing full service architectural and interior design. They specialize in contemporary commercial tenant buildouts or build outs - from budget conscious design oriented work to high-end big budget design work. Modern yet comfortable design - whether it be for a hair salon, spa, bar, restaurant, or retail store - LME Art + Design create spaces that are admired and enjoyed by their owners, clients, and customers. LME Art + Design also provides production design, concept art, renderings, architectural renderings, animatics, sketches and storyboards for the film, television, commercials, and entertainment industries and venues.
